1. 대회 정보

 • 대회명 : 2026 Asia – Pacific Sixes Lacrosse Championship

 • 일자 : 2026.10.05. ~ 2026.10.10.

 • 대회장소 : Sunshine Coast, Australia

 

2. 채용 분야 및 근무 형태

 • 근무지: 국가대표 훈련지 및 현지 대회 경기 참석 필수

 • 모집기간: 2026.03.24. ~ 2026.03.29.

 • 계약기간: 기술위원회(이하 기술위) 선발승인일(2026년 4월 중)로부터 대회 종료일(2026년 10월)까지

 • 임기 종료 후 기술위 평가를 통해 연임 가능하며 임기 중 기술위 판단 하, 감독으로 부적합하다고 판단될 경우 중도 해임될 수 있음

 

3. 요구 사항 (Requirements)

• 한국 여자 국가대표팀 선수 선발
 ※ 기술, 전략, 체력 등 선수 선발 데이터 필수 제출

• 한국 여자 국가대표팀 코칭 및 훈련 프로그램 설계 및 운영

• 선수단의 체력, 기술, 전략, 체력 향상 목표 설정 및 실행

• 국제대회 대비 전략 수립 및 팀 전술 준비

※ 대회 종료 후 성과보고회 필수 참석

※ 합의 후 조정

 

4. 자격 요건(Qualifications)

• 라크로스 선수 경력 5년 이상, 코치 경력 최소 3년 이상

• 한국 라크로스 발전과 프로그램 제안 및 실행에 열정을 가진 분

• 리더십과 커뮤니케이션 능력이 뛰어난 분

• 여자 국가대표팀(성인 혹은 U20) 선수 또는 코치 경험 우대

• 영어 가능자 우대

 • 서류 합격 발표 : 2026년 3월 31일(화) ~ 4월 3일(금)

 • 면접 전형 : 2026년 4월 6일(월) ~ 2026년 4월 10일(금)

Women’s National Team Head Coach (Short-Term) Recruitment Announcement

The Korea Lacrosse Association (KLA) aims to foster the sustainable development of lacrosse in Korea and strengthen its global competitiveness.
We are seeking a passionate and capable Head Coach to lead the growth of the Korean Women’s National Team and achieve success on the international stage.
Through this opportunity, we hope to find a leader who will help design the future of Korean lacrosse and build a foundation for advancement on the world stage.

 

1. Tournament Information

  • Event: 2026 Asia-Pacific Sixes Lacrosse Championship
  • Dates: October 5, 2026 – October 10, 2026
  • Location: Sunshine Coast, Australia

 

2. Position & Employment Terms

  • Work Location: Attendance at national team training sessions and on-site participation at the tournament is required
  • Application Period: March 24, 2026 – March 29, 2026
  • Contract Period: From the date of approval by the Technical Committee (expected April 2026) until the end of the tournament (October 2026)
  • The contract may be renewed upon evaluation by the Technical Committee. The coach may be dismissed during the term if deemed unsuitable by the Committee.

 

3. Responsibilities (Requirements)

  • Selection of players for the Korean Women’s National Team
    • Submission of player evaluation data (technical, tactical, physical, etc.) is required
  • Design and implementation of coaching and training programs
  • Establishment and execution of performance goals (fitness, technical skills, tactics)
  • Development of strategies and team tactics for international competitions
  • Mandatory attendance at the post-tournament performance review meeting
  • Details may be adjusted upon mutual agreement

 

4. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of playing experience in lacrosse and at least 3 years of coaching experience
  • Strong passion for the development of Korean lacrosse and program planning/execution
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience as a player or coach for a women’s national team (senior or U20) preferred
  • Proficiency in English preferred

    • Includes aptitude and coaching competency evaluations
  • Final Results Announcement: April 13, 2026 (Mon) – April 17, 2026 (Fri)
