• 대회장소 : Sunshine Coast, Australia
2. 채용 분야 및 근무 형태
• 근무지: 국가대표 훈련지 및 현지 대회 경기 참석 필수
• 모집기간: 2026.07.24. ~ 2026.08.07.
• 계약기간: 선발승인일(2026년 8월 중)로부터 대회 종료일(2026년 10월)까지
3. 역할 안내
선발된 코치진은 대표팀 코칭스태프 및 협회와 함께 아래의 역할을 수행하게 됩니다.
• 선수 선발, 평가 및 훈련계획 수립 지원
• 훈련 및 대회 준비 전반에 대한 운영 및 의사소통
• 경기장 내·외부 팀 운영 및 현장 지원
• 국제대회 참가를 위한 행정 업무 및 일정 관리
4. 자격 요건(Qualifications)
• 라크로스 선수 경력 5년 이상, 코치 경력 최소 3년 이상
• 한국 라크로스 발전과 프로그램 제안 및 실행에 열정을 가진 분
• 리더십과 커뮤니케이션 능력이 뛰어난 분
• 여자 국가대표팀(성인 혹은 U20) 선수 또는 코치 경험 우대
• 영어 가능자 우대

– Women's National Team Coaching Staff (Short-Term)
The Korea Lacrosse Association (KLA) is committed to the sustainable growth of lacrosse in Korea and strengthening its competitiveness on the international stage.
We are seeking passionate and qualified coaches to lead the continued development of the Korea Women's National Team and contribute to its success in international competition.
This is an opportunity to help shape the future of Korean lacrosse and build a strong foundation for success on the world stage.
1. Tournament Information
· Tournament: 2026 Asia-Pacific Sixes Lacrosse Championship
· Dates: October 5–10, 2026
· Location: Sunshine Coast, Australia
2. Position & Employment Details
· Position: Korea Women's National Team Coaching Staff (Short-Term)
· Work Location: Attendance at national team training camps and the tournament in Australia is required.
· Application Period: July 24 – August 7, 2026
· Contract Period: From the date of appointment (August 2026) until the conclusion of the tournament (October 2026)
3. Responsibilities
Selected coaches will work closely with the national team coaching staff and the Korea Lacrosse Association to perform the following duties:
· Assist with player identification, evaluation, selection, and training program development.
· Support the planning, preparation, and overall operation of national team training and competition.
· Assist with team management and on-site operations during training camps and international competitions.
· Support administrative tasks and schedule management related to international tournament participation.
4. Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of playing experience in lacrosse and at least 3 years of coaching experience.
· Passion for contributing to the development of Korean lacrosse through innovative ideas and program implementation.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Previous experience as a player or coach with a Women's National Team (Senior or U20) is preferred.
· English proficiency is preferred.
